Understanding speech disorders for clinical practice

Speech is the vocal utterance of language and it considered disordered in three underlying ways: voice, articulation, fluency, its disorder to be studied from same pattern. The features that should determining a voice are: Volume: how loudly or softly we speak, Pitch: pleasant unpleasant Quality: highness lowness one’s Rate: speed at which one speaks. Homeoapthic repertory shows these symptoms, but caution mechanical problem not consider as dynamic derangement.
